Contact and support

Get help without leaving the product

The right route depends on what happened. Use report or block for another person’s conduct, and the support entry in the relevant product area for an account, privacy, or payment question.

Report and block

A problem with another person

If someone is harassing you, breaking the rules, or making you uncomfortable, end the live session first. Then use the available report control to send the conduct through the product’s review path. Use block as well when you want to prevent further contact from that person.

Describe what happened accurately and include only the details the reporting flow requests. Reporting does not guarantee a particular action or response time. If you are in immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency service instead of waiting for online support.

In-product support

Account, privacy, or purchase help

Open the product area related to your question and look for its help or support entry. Starting there keeps the request close to the relevant account or transaction context. For example, a wallet question belongs with the wallet activity in question, while a profile access issue belongs with the account area.

You may find it useful to review your profile, messages, or wallet before submitting a request. Do not assume that reporting another user and requesting account support are interchangeable: choose the route that matches the issue.

What to include

Make the request useful

Give a short factual summary, the approximate date and time, the feature involved, and any transaction or report reference that the product has already given you. Explain the result you are seeking—for example, help understanding a wallet entry or correcting an account detail.

Do not include your password, login verification code, full payment card details, identity documents, or unrelated private conversations. If additional verification is needed, follow the specific instructions provided through the legitimate product flow.
