Safety and respect

Keep control of the conversation

Live video is immediate, personal, and unpredictable. Use the available controls, protect what is private, and leave any interaction that stops feeling consensual or comfortable.

18+

Adults only

CamCrush is for people aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, do not create an account, start a video session, or use the service. Do not help a minor bypass this restriction, and do not introduce a minor into an adult conversation or camera view.

An age requirement is a boundary, not proof of every stranger’s identity. Continue to use judgment and the report tools if you believe someone is underage or is involving a minor.

Respect

Consent is a continuous practice

A person agreeing to a chat is not agreeing to every topic, request, or kind of behavior. Ask rather than pressure. Accept a refusal without arguing, repeated requests, insults, or attempting to move the conversation somewhere else. Your own boundaries deserve the same direct treatment.

Do not threaten, degrade, discriminate against, or sexualize someone without their willing participation. Never request or share intimate material involving a minor, coercion, or a person who has not consented. Do not record, capture, or redistribute someone’s image or conversation without permission and any required legal right to do so.

Product tools

Report the behavior, block the contact

Use the in-product report option when someone breaks the rules or behaves suspiciously. Provide accurate information through the available reporting flow; do not embellish an account or continue engaging just to gather more material. Reporting brings the issue to the service’s attention, but it does not guarantee a particular outcome or timeframe.

Use block when you do not want further contact from that person. Blocking and reporting serve different purposes, so use both when appropriate. End the live session first if that is the quickest way to regain control. Our contact guide explains how to find the relevant in-product support route without posting sensitive details publicly.

Sensitive information

Keep identifying details out of the chat

A friendly conversation does not make it safe to disclose your home or work address, precise location, financial accounts, passwords, verification codes, identity documents, or private contact details. Be cautious with seemingly harmless clues too: a uniform, landmark, mail label, family photograph, or visible screen can reveal more than intended.

Do not send money or buy gift cards for a stranger, and do not follow urgent payment requests away from the service. Romance, crisis stories, investment opportunities, and threats can all be used to create pressure. Stop, preserve relevant information where lawful, and report the interaction through the product.

Media controls

Camera and microphone boundaries

Your browser permission is a choice you can revisit. Before starting, frame the camera carefully and remove private material from view. Use any available mute, camera-off, or device selection controls when you need them; test those controls on your own device so you know where they are before a difficult moment.

Ending a session is the clearest way to stop participating. You can also revoke site access in browser settings. Do not assume that another person lacks the ability to capture what you show or say, and do not promise that something shared live will remain private.

Exit and harassment

Leaving early is always allowed

You do not owe a stranger an explanation, a second chance, or more time. Switch or end the session if you feel pressured, frightened, blackmailed, repeatedly contacted after refusing, or simply uncomfortable. Do not let someone persuade you that leaving is impolite.

After leaving, block and report as appropriate. If someone demands money or threatens to distribute material, avoid negotiating or paying in panic; preserve the details you can lawfully keep and seek qualified local help. If there is an immediate physical danger, contact your local emergency service rather than waiting for an online support response.

Wallet and refunds

Payments deserve a pause too

Check the current wallet or purchase screen before approving a paid action. Confirm what is being bought, the amount, and whether the action uses an existing balance. Never disclose a password or full payment credential in a conversation with another user.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable terms and options presented in the product interface; this safety guide does not promise a refund or declare every purchase final. Review the Terms and the specific payment screen, and use the available in-product support route for an account-specific concern.
