01 — Reading this policy
Scope and product notices
This policy applies to the CamCrush website and the account, video, messaging, and wallet features made available through it. A particular purchase, permission, or feature may present additional information; read that notice together with this policy before proceeding.
The information involved depends on what you do. Reading a public page, starting video, maintaining a profile, and making a payment are different activities and should not be assumed to produce identical data.
02 — Account and content
Information you choose to provide
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Account identifiers, login details, profile fields, preferences, and settings.
- Messages, reports, support requests, and other content you submit through the product.
- Purchase confirmations, wallet activity, and related transaction information.
- Choices you make about matches, contacts, blocking, or other available controls.
Provide only information needed for the feature. Do not place passwords, full payment credentials, identity documents, or another person’s private information in a conversation or support request.
03 — Permissions
Camera, microphone, and live media
Video features require access to your camera and usually your microphone. The browser or operating system asks for permission and provides controls to change it. You can decline access, use non-video areas where available, or revoke permission later, although doing so may prevent a live feature from working.
When you participate in video or audio, media must be processed to transmit and display the live interaction. Browser permission management should not be interpreted as a promise that no audiovisual data is processed. Refer to any feature-specific notice for additional detail, and never assume another participant cannot capture what you show or say.
04 — Technical data
Information from your use and device
Like most online services, CamCrush may receive technical and usage information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, approximate region derived from network data, referring pages, session events, feature interactions, and diagnostic or security logs.
This information can help deliver pages, maintain sessions, understand performance, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures. Exact events and retention may vary by feature and by the service providers used to operate it.
05 — Analytics
Cookies and measurement
CamCrush may use cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, remembering choices, security, and understanding how visitors use the site. Analytics tools may include Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Microsoft Clarity, which can provide information about visits, interactions, and product usability.
Where required, non-essential tools should be subject to the consent choices presented to you. You can also use available cookie controls and browser settings, but blocking essential storage may affect login or other core functions. Analytics descriptions do not give any third-party provider access to your CamCrush password.
06 — Purposes
Why information is used
Information may be used to:
- Provide matching, live communication, profiles, messages, wallet functions, and support.
- Authenticate accounts, remember preferences, process transactions, and maintain records.
- Investigate reports, enforce rules, reduce fraud, and protect users and the service.
- Diagnose technical problems, measure performance, and improve product design.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where privacy law requires a particular legal basis, the applicable basis depends on context: it may include performing the requested service, complying with law, legitimate interests such as security, or consent where that is the appropriate ground.
07 — Recipients
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with providers that help operate hosting, communications, analytics, payments, security, or support, limited to what is relevant to their work. Payment details may be handled by a payment provider under its own terms and privacy notice; review the checkout information presented for your transaction.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect someone’s rights or safety, investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of service assets. This policy does not promise that information is never sold or shared in every legal sense; any specific choices offered in the product should be used where applicable.
08 — Timeframes
Retention and deletion
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the relevant feature and for legitimate operational, safety, dispute, accounting, or legal purposes. There is no single retention period for every kind of data: a transient technical event and a transaction record can require different treatment.
You may be able to edit or delete certain account information through your profile or other product controls. Deletion from an active view does not necessarily mean immediate removal from every backup or record, particularly where limited retention is required for safety or law.
09 — Requests and rights
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can have legal limits and do not always require the same outcome.
Use the available in-product support or privacy request route and describe the account and request clearly. Do not send a password or full payment credential. Verification may be needed to protect your account from someone else making a request in your name.
10 — Practical context
Security, location, and limits
Safeguards should be appropriate to the service and information involved, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Use a unique password, protect your device, review browser permissions, and report suspected unauthorized activity through the available support route.
Online operation can involve providers or infrastructure in more than one country. Where information is handled across borders, applicable legal requirements and any relevant transfer safeguards apply. This policy does not claim a particular certification or regulatory status.
11 — Closing details
Adults, updates, and questions
CamCrush is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. Report suspected underage use through the product’s reporting or support route.
This policy may be revised as features or obligations change. The date above identifies this version; material changes may also be communicated through the product where appropriate. Continued use after an update is subject to the version then in effect.
For a privacy question or request, use the in-product support path described on our contact page. Never include secrets or unnecessary sensitive information in the initial request.
