The terms for using CamCrush

By accessing or using CamCrush, you agree to these Terms of Use and the rules incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and applicable product guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Additional conditions may appear for a specific purchase or feature. Those conditions form part of the agreement for that activity. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to you are not removed by these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these terms. You may not use CamCrush on behalf of a minor, allow a minor to use your account, or help anyone evade an age restriction or suspension.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your access and conduct. If local law prohibits your use of the service or a particular feature, do not use it.

Provide information that is accurate where an account field requires it, keep necessary details current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, subject to applicable law and any unauthorized activity you report.

Do not share your password, use another person’s account without authorization, create deceptive accounts, or attempt to bypass security and access controls. Use the in-product support route if you believe your account has been accessed improperly.

You may not use CamCrush to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, blackmail, exploit, discriminate against, or repeatedly pressure another person.
• Involve a minor in adult content or seek, produce, or share sexualized material involving a minor.
• Share intimate or private material without the necessary consent and legal right.
• Defraud others, solicit unusual payments, distribute malware, or promote illegal activity.
• Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity in a harmful way, or facilitate human trafficking.
• Interfere with the service, scrape it abusively, probe vulnerabilities without permission, or evade enforcement.

Respect a refusal and do not treat a live connection as consent to every request. Report and block tools may be used for violations; misuse of reporting to target another person is also prohibited.

You control browser or operating-system permission for your camera and microphone, subject to how your device implements those controls. You are responsible for your surroundings, what you choose to show or say, and having any necessary permission from other people present.

Do not assume a live interaction cannot be captured by another participant. Conversely, you may not record, publish, or distribute another person’s image, voice, or private content without the necessary consent and legal right. Ending your own session does not give you rights over material another person created.

You remain responsible for profile material, messages, reports, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to provide it. You retain whatever ownership rights you hold in that content.

To the extent permitted by law, you grant CamCrush a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display submitted content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, moderate, support, and improve the service, and to comply with law. This is not a transfer of ownership. Content that violates these terms may be removed or restricted.

CamCrush provides tools for discovery and communication; it does not guarantee a match, a response, compatibility, a relationship, or uninterrupted access to a particular person. Participants act for themselves and are responsible for their own statements and conduct.

Do not rely on a profile, live image, or conversation as proof of every claim another person makes. Any decision to share information, make a payment, meet offline, or continue contact is yours. Use the safety controls and exercise independent judgment.

Where a paid feature is offered, the current interface should show the relevant price, balance or currency used, and the action being authorized. Review those details before confirming. A general content page is not a quote and does not override the offer displayed for your account.

Applicable taxes, payment-provider terms, consumption rules, expiration rules if any, and refund eligibility depend on the actual purchase terms and product interface. These terms do not promise that every payment is refundable or declare every payment non-refundable. Do not make a purchase if the displayed conditions are unclear to you.

You must be authorized to use the payment method. Chargebacks and payment disputes should be handled through the available support and payment channels, without misrepresenting a valid transaction. Nothing here limits a non-waivable right under applicable consumer law.

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or withdrawn. Availability can be affected by maintenance, device compatibility, network conditions, user demand, provider failures, or events outside reasonable control. We do not promise continuous or error-free operation.

CamCrush may use third-party providers to deliver parts of the service. A third-party site or service reached through CamCrush may have its own terms; CamCrush does not control every third-party act or omission.

Where reasonably appropriate, access may be limited, suspended, or terminated to address a violation, protect users or the service, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. The response should reflect the circumstances; no particular process or result is guaranteed by this summary.

You may stop using the service at any time and use any available account closure controls. Provisions concerning payment records, content rights, disputes, liability, and other matters that by their nature should survive may continue after use ends.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. No warranty is made that every interaction will meet your expectations or that every statement by another user will be accurate. Mandatory warranties and rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

To the extent permitted by law, CamCrush is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from another user’s independent conduct or from events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability that applicable law preserves for consumers.

These terms may be revised as the service changes. The date above identifies this version, and additional notice may be provided where appropriate. The terms effective when you use a feature apply together with any specific conditions presented for it.

Applicable law and non-waivable local consumer protections apply. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a permanent waiver.
